We’re very pleased to announce Dental Solutions has been awarded the WhatClinic 5-Star Treatment award. This award is given to only a handful of clinics that meet the high standards of patient care outlined by the healthcare search engine, WhatClinic.com. The award was based on the past 12-months of data about our practice, including patient review scores, feedback data and clinic contact rates. For the past year, Dental Solutions maintained an average score of 5/5!
The WhatClinic.com clinic comparison site is used by 125,000 clinics globally. In the past year, over 17 million people have visited the site to either find a healthcare professional or to leave a review. WhatClinic.com CEO Caelen King said: “Our awards are now in their 7th year, and this year, for the first time – we have made the ratings data that we use to calculate awards visible on our listings. Ratings are useful to both consumers and clinics. Consumers can see which clinics have rated well with lots of other users, and Clinics can evaluate their own performance against others in their market, ideally with the goal of getting better and better at serving their patients, which is ultimately good for everybody.”
Overall, Dental Solutions has received a 4.9 out of 5 score from 785 patient reviews. Delivering the best possible patient care is at the heart of everything we do here are Dental Solutions, so we are delighted to know that our hard work is paying off. We always love hearing your thoughts, good and bad. So, if you’ve had a treatment with us recently and wouldn’t mind taking a few minutes to leave a review, we would be very grateful for your feedback!
Your feedback doesn’t only just help us win awards, it gives us the opportunity to continually improve our service. We’re always looking for ways to improve – whether it’s through providing an online booking service, or just making the waiting room a less scary place for nervous patients. If there’s anything you think we can improve, we’d love to hear.
